Homewood Suites by Hilton Myrtle Beach Coastal Grand Mall

We had a wonderful experience here. The room was nice and spacious. It was a very clean hotel and it smelled great too. The staff was warm and friendly. We're going to make them our hotel whenever we travel.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The morning breakfast was excellent! Scrambled eggs, roasted potatoes, chicken sausage, toast, yogurt, fruit, waffles, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, overnight oats, juice, and coffee - great selection! Also, can't beat the rate! I will definitely be back!

Had a wonderful, comfortable stay at this Homewood Suites. Everything was very clean and all the staff I interacted with were pleasant. I’ll most definitely stay here again on my future business trips. Felt right at home!

Had a great stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean and tidy. The location was central to a lot of locations. Having the mall literally right next door is convenient. Staff were super friendly. Overall a great stay.! Would definitely recommend staying here, you wont be disappointed.

Good location and easy check‑in, but the digital key process was disappointing. Even after checking in digitally, we still had to go to the front desk to show ID and a credit card, which defeats the purpose of a touchless, contactless check‑in. Our room’s kitchen thermostat wasn’t working and kept blowing cold air. We reported it and were moved to another room with the exact same issue. At that point we decided to stay put and just turn off the breaker to the thermostat that was working. Thankfully the temperatures outside wasn’t too cold. Breakfast was decent, but overall the stay could have been smoother.

Better than expected. I haven't stayed at a Homewood in a long time. This one has huge rooms with kitchenettes, full fridge, good size TV, and everything you would need in an apartment. Nice people at the front desk. Managers evening was good. Room was clean. Bathroom was also clean and big. Quiet room on this visit.

Arrived for a last minute Christmas get away and was warmly greeted by the staff (Shoutout to J.M!) . They were absolutely phenomenal! It was our first time traveling with our newly one year old, and they were so sweet and kind to him and us and put us nervous parents at ease. The room was clean and well stocked with towels. Soaps, plates, silverware, and the appliances were clean. Unfortunately, I have to echo other people’s comments of suggesting replacing the mattress. I think I got about 15 minutes of sleep during our stay as they were so uncomfortable and hard. If you’re a sensitive sleeper like me, request a room that doesn’t face the parking lot. We had blue lights in our windows (which seemed to lack real blinds) all night which, along with the mattress, kept me up more than I would have liked. Despite that, I will definitely be returning to this hotel! Can’t beat the price and the location was perfect for us.

PROS: Rooms were clean and prepped perfectly. Very comfortable bed The room amenities including fridge and other items were appreciated The breakfast area was clean, well stocked, and in the morning the hot/cold options for more than adequate. I wish the scrambled eggs were real fresh scrambled eggs Customer service was fantastic Location is PERFECT. 5m from airport terminal and right in the CENTER of MB CONS None Would EASILY stay here again and recommend this to everyone
